Reporting to the Admissions Officer, the position holder will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and producing high-quality videos, reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and animated content.
- Photography and Videography: Capture engaging visual content for events, campaigns, and social media use.
- Developing fresh, innovative ideas for digital campaigns targeting students and young audiences.
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing & PR Office to align content with department goals.
- Regularly interacting with student-led activities, including clubs, societies, sports teams, and campus events.
- Assisting in planning, scheduling, and managing content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Leading generation from online inquiries.
- Monitoring engagement, analysing performance metrics, and suggesting improvements for social media strategies.
- Staying updated with trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media studies or a related area from an accredited or recognised institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing including creating digital content (videos, reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, etc) and animated content.
- Proven experience in videography, and photography is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for student engagement.
