Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging instructional materials and e-learning courses. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create interactive and learner-centred content that aligns with educational and organizational objectives.
- Develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, training guides, and assessments.
- Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices to create engaging content.
- Ensure courses are designed to meet learning outcomes and enhance learner retention.
- Collaborate with SMEs to transform complex content into clear, concise, and interactive learning experiences.
- Utilize multimedia tools such as videos, animations, and simulations to improve content delivery.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all instructional materials.
- Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload, organize, and track course content.
- Implement innovative e-learning solutions, including gamification, microlearning, and virtual reality where applicable.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to e-learning platforms.
- Design assessments and quizzes to measure learner comprehension and course effectiveness.
- Analyze feedback and learner performance data to continuously improve instructional materials.
- Conduct usability testing to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Work with trainers, educators, and HR teams to develop training programs that align with organizational goals.
- Provide training to instructors and staff on how to effectively use e-learning tools and platforms.
- Support the development of onboarding and professional development programs.
- Stay up to date with emerging instructional technologies and industry trends.
- Engage in continuous self-development and upskilling in instructional design and e-learning trends.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning development.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).
- Proficiency in multimedia content development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects independently.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating learner performance and course effectiveness.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance (e.g., WCAG, SCORM, xAPI).
