Will be reporting to the Director - Zetech Digital School.
- Creating and curating digital learning materials, such as e-learning modules, online courses, and interactive simulations.
- Providing technical assistance to learners and Lecturers, ensuring smooth operation of digital learning platforms.
- Administering and maintaining learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
- Training faculty and staff on the use of digital learning technologies and providing ongoing support.
- Analysing data from digital learning platforms to improve and tailor learning experiences.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning and integrating them into the University’s offerings.
- Working with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and IT staff to create comprehensive digital learning experiences.
- Ensuring that digital learning programs comply with educational standards and quality assurance guidelines.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisors or as captured in the detailed job description.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Educational
Technology, Instructional Design degree or in a relevant field from a recognised/accredited
University. - At least two years of training design experience creating blended learning solutions for both
instructor-led and self-paced training. - Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development
tools. - Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS): Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- At least two years of experience in instructional design is preferred.
- Experience using InDesign, Video Scribe and OT.
- Evidence of being a member of a relevant professional body.
